Russ is definitely one of the best project managers I have worked along side with. He embraces change very well and even when it may not be his domain, he leans in to learn as much as possible and he's such a good PM that would never know he is not the expert for that domain. Russ came to our team to fill a gap that was so desperately needed. He made immediate impact and is setting up to leave a lasting impression and an established project management process and methodology to be used by the entire organization. Not only is Russ a great project manager and team player, he is even better at working with customers and juggling their demands and building strong relationships. During his first few months to the team, Russ was able to completely turn around on our toughest and highest demanding customers, and was able to completely eliminate their needs for escalating and trusted Russ to be their point of contact for all the things. Russ was able to do this through building trust, having transparency, and setting expectations with the customer.
