This takes into account many years before the PAS repair teams started working direct with the contractors. I was in control of every facet of it including all accounting and paying them when done. I was very successful in general contracting for PAS for many years. *Worked very closely with PAS team members as they brought on the 230 page PAS Broker Procedure Manual, including helping test and implement new procedures locally that would be used nationwide. *Marketing of and selling the properties to qualified buyers and making sure they get to the closing table.
