  Since 1984 Mr. Denning has been involved in the technology sector. His management in technical operations enabled him to provide entrepreneurial management for the genesis of Advanced State Of Networking, Inc. (dba ASON, Inc.) in 1999. He is involved in managing all aspects of operations for the business. Management, administration, and engineering support are some of his key roles. His overall knowledge of the industry and its direction is remarkable. Prior to starting ASON, Mr. Denning was employed by a Telecommunications Carrier in which he successfully managed operations. His role was wide in scope, which included responsibility for formulation and implementation of strategic direction of network and influence key decisions within the company. Oversaw entire IXC network, initiated cost cutting projects to limit high overhead for better network efficiency, managed many acquisitions of telecommunication companies to absorb and convert all facets of operations. Negotiated contracts with carriers and vendors for all aspects of business, oversaw all project planning, forecaster of growth areas, provided sales engineering support for account executives and agents. Evaluated new technologies to add into network. Provided price quotes on all services as well as provision and engineer them to order. Involved in evaluating new personnel for key positions within company. Mr. Denning also served 4 years in the US Navy with notable accomplishments where management of the provisioning and installment of the first digital communication system (“IVCS”) aboard ship, which produce numerous awards.
