Russ is a fantastic teacher and a brilliant scientist. His teaching skills got me excited about the subject matter and engaged in my studies. I really appreciated all the time he spent helping anyone who ever had a question, regardless of how much he had going on; he makes his students feel understood and makes sure everyone is on the same page before moving the lecture on to the next topic. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great teacher to take a course from, and if I ever take another Psych class, I'll come find him at whatever University he's working at so he can be my Professor!
