  From the foundation of SAPRUN, I was responsible for all operations within Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan regions: • Set up of the finance department, including management accounting rules and methodologies;• Set up of the HR department, including all HR related processes;• Set up of the sales department, developing sales strategy;• Set up of the project management office, project execution standards, and project audit procedures; • Set up of the IT department and IT infrastructure, selection and implementations of the internal ERP system within headquarters and regions; • Working as a key account manager: doing sales presentations and supporting sales to the key clients in LE market (Lukoil, NLMK, Norilsky Nikel, etc.); • Developing business process models across all departments.
