Despite the horrendous situation that unfolded when Russia invaded, Ruslana managed to continue working and minimize the disruption to the project and to maintain a level of focus that was frankly astounding in the circumstances. Ruslana's attitude is nothing short of amazing, she learns quickly, shares her knowledge freely, questions constructively, supports her colleagues and is not afraid to ask for assistance when needed. All in all a fantastic QA who took the lead when necessary and we will be sad to see her go. Ruslana will be a great asset to whatever team she joins in the future.
