(Key Accounts and B/C grades clients) • Providing over all technical information, support and assistance to client for NPDs and Existing products. (Work with Client R&D, QA and QC) • New project development in all Healthcare segments. • Co ordination with International principals and manufacturers for new product by surveying market needs and size. • Technical product presentations to marketing team and others for better promotion of product. And understanding application. • Working with internal team Lab team and import team for new projects. • Technical support to commercial marketing team. • Regular customer visits – working with customer on new product launches, arranging for trials at customer end for product approvals. • Commercially - Developing customers B and C grades, new products and new market; maximize volumes, sales margins and customer profitability. • Covering New Business segmentation, Unexplored Markets. • Business Continuity Plan – Alternate vendor development to create competition for price advantage and supplies security. • Sending quotation and company presentation to the customer, negotiation and follow up. • Communication with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, etc.) in order to assure that sales commitments can be properly executed. • Ensure continuous up-to-date market intelligence.
