This project aims to increase access to economic resources and opportunities, skill development, and market information. I'm in charge of managing and leading overall activities, including planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the program. This program has been successful making positive impact to 3.469 beneficiaries, creating 175 new labour, stimulate income rise to 39%, and market absorption of the product into 98,7%.
