  ➢ Remittance of local & foreign currencies (RTGS, MIFT) for Citibank Israel, Tel Aviv Branch and providing overall supervision execution of high value or sensitive transactions. ➢ Processing Funds transfers, Loans, Deposits, Fund Transfers (Inward remittance, Outward remittance through SWIFT messageMT103 and MT202, Cross currency remittance) & Clearing Products. ➢ Investigation for payment, duplicate payments, incorrect routing, unidentified nostro entries and escalation sanction hit cases. ➢ Preparing all daily, weekly and monthly reports as per BAU requirements. ➢ Proofing of Nostro and Suspense accounts on daily basis. ➢ Managing & Resolving client queries, Attending daily calls and Monthly Conference Calls to deliver client (Citibank Israel) quality. ➢ Daily MIS & reporting, NOSTRO Reconciliation, Exception Analysis to reduce no of exceptions raised to branch and reduce rework. ➢ Attending daily hurdles, knowledge transfers to new team members and active team member ➢ Active in testing’s conducted on Flexcube and ILM systems to enhance team’s productivity. ➢ Mapping customer’s needs, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
