Attended couple of months training at Auckland with TRN Radio to understand mode of networked operations and implement a similar optimized setup first time in India. Technical Architecture and configuration for optimized and robust setup planed and frozen for IT /Power /RF Transmission /Studio setup of organization for all the FM stations. Vendor development/negotiation, equipment finalization for studio equipment, broadcasting High Powered FM Transmitters, Music Automation software, IT Networking infrastructure, power conditioning setup of the station.
