I have known Rupak professionally since late 2005 when I went to work at the same casino where he was employed. In 2008 I became this casino's Compliance Manager with managerial control of both the Surveillance and Security Departments. At this time Rupak worked as the Senior Security Shift Manager. Such was my respect for his abilities that, when the opportunity arose, I had no hesitation in promoting him to Security Manager. I cannot speak too highly of Rupak's professionalism, work ethic, reliability and managerial skills in the casino security industry. He is a man with an exceptionally quiet and mature demeanor that, in the 6 years that I was able to observe his performance, saw him bring calm and reason to those situations often found on the gaming floor where misplaced self-importance, arrogance bourne of wealth and the bravado that an over indulgence of alcohol brings to many can create very dangerous and volatile situations.
