I;ve known and worked with Rupa for a number of years and I've come to know her for a few things - her professionalism and pursuance of excellence. She cares deeply about the experience and learning of the people she coaches or facilitates in sessions. She can also draw from her extensive experience in both depth and breadth. I would rate her as one of the strongest facilitator I've had the pleasure to work with.
