When I first began my role as a recruiter at Nitor, there was one person I wanted to bring onboard - Roosa. I was lucky because she had already applied. Recruiting her was an awesome start to my career, and she made the process a breeze. Roosa is the real deal. She's smart, kind, inspiring, and truly cares about her work and the people who use it.
