Mathilde Ramsdal Tavenard
During almost all my time in Arla Foods Incubator I have had the privilege to work alongside Rune. We had a very close team with high synergies which not only made the incubator an amazing place to work but also a knowledge sharing entity creating collaborative solutions. Rune played a key role in this with his great ability to transfer complex knowledge into understandable language facilitating cross-functionality while driving the R&D agenda. Rune is extremely knowledgeable and has deep technical understanding, but what kept impressing me the most was his entrepreneurial mind-set. Rune always sought out-of-the-box solutions, bringing a lot of new ideas to the table as well as supporting and developing ideas brought from the team. He always thinks in possibilities rather than constraints. Even though we from the commercial side of the business sometimes gave him great challenges from a technical perspective he always managed to find a good solutions to the impossible.
