Leveres iht Breeam Excelent, samt at bygget er verneverdig med de utfordringer det gir underveis i prosjektet. Prosjektleder for PowerTech sine oppgaver. Kunde: AF Byggfornyelse AS Vålerenga Kultur og Idretts Park – Ny fotballstadion for VIF med videregående skole Fotballstadion skal romme 17 – 18 000 personer, skolen er på ca 10 000kvm pluss idrettshall.
