  I design, develop, and implement sensitivity and diversity training programs and instructional materials focusing on LGBTQ+ issues. I create varied training content and strategies based on individual needs of companies that seek to promote employees' awareness and attitudes to and knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace. I develop instructional materials and deliver training for young adults (ages 14 to 17), using short films and various activities that aim to prevent homophobia and transphobia and inform students about the diversity of the LGBTA+ community, gender roles and gender expression. Leaning on my ability to communicate with a range of audiences from young adults to cross-departmental professionals, I excel at designing and delivering engaging and targeted learning tools both in English and Czech.
