I joined LGBT webinar led by Ales and I must say it was really good. The webinar itself was interactive which is always better than just looking at your screen. As far as Ales goes, he has good communication skills and he is a great presenter.

Dvakrát úvod do LGBTQ a jeden workshop na míru s názvem How to be good ally.

I design, develop, and implement sensitivity and diversity training programs and instructional materials focusing on LGBTQ+ issues. I create varied training content and strategies based on individual needs of companies that seek to promote employees' awareness and attitudes to and knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace. I develop instructional materials and deliver training for young adults (ages 14 to 17), using short films and various activities that aim to prevent homophobia and transphobia and inform students about the diversity of the LGBTA+ community, gender roles and gender expression. Leaning on my ability to communicate with a range of audiences from young adults to cross-departmental professionals, I excel at designing and delivering engaging and targeted learning tools both in English and Czech.
