Rumita has lead the succesful implementation of Anaplan at BMI Group for Financial Forecasting and Budgeting. Her contribution to the project has been remarkable, really understanding the business needs and making sure they were met, managing a complex project to be delivered on time and with high standard of quality, and did specially well giving the trust and comfort that a customer needs when running a project like this remotely. Thanks for all the support and hard work!

I took up this study further to understand the Economy and Emotions. The slum Rafiq Nagar also called the 'Dumping ground of Mumbai' primarily consists of RagPickers. This study was undertaken to understand how much Primary Education has this section been able to attain vis-a-vis the government policies regarding Primary Education- Right to Education. This section of the society is not only the most vulnerable but can also stay in a poverty trap for generations. This is where primary education interjects young minds(6-14). An interesting outcome of this study was, how motivation in different forms can play a very important role. Project Details: Independent Research “Assessing the primary school attainment level of children (6-14) from an urban slum (Rafiq Nagar) in Maharashtra’’ • Methodology: Primary research through structured questionnaire • Research Scope & Dimensions: Analysis of the school going behavior of children (Sample size = 130) with emphasis on age-appropriate skills, average income spent on education, and the types of school attended. • Specific Statistical Tool(s): Microsoft Excel and SPSS Show less "A society needs to be judged by the way it treats its most vulnerable".This has been one of those unique experiences, where I was on the field understanding the needs of the people through primary research.
