It is a great pleasure for me to write recommendation for Rumen after more than a year working on the same project that I project managed. Rumen was one of the two key project players assigned as Network Architect. His dedication, proactiveness and co-operation was always at the highest standard makeing our work easier and delivered on timely manner. Rumen and his excellent network skills contributed perfectly to deliver the project sucessfully even though the environment was challenging and the time frame aggressive. In short - having Rumen in the team made a huge difference. I do really recommend him for future challenges and I'm sure he will not let you all down. The Multiple MPLS sites with dynamic failover work flawlessly, which keeps our critical VOIP telephony network operating and our Clinical Trials call centers able to take calls at all times. All of our systems are likewise operational with a design including Quality of Service and application priority. Rumen continues to learn more about the networks and the possibilities, always improving himself and the company capabilities.
