I've known Rumen from 2012, he was my direct manager for 2 years on a very important Adecco Romania project for Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia. He was the Project Manager of a team who implemented a new business line in Romania (outsourcing services), managing the operations and the team, a start-up who managed just perfect! Rumen is the person with the biggest impact in my professional development, a true leader who inspired me, with focus on operations, KPI, customer and team wellness, in the same time. With a high ability to communicate with people, to establish a personal relation and gather the necessary information, he always finds solutions. He is a resourceful person and has a good ability in dealing with stress and conflicts, always calm, wise and smart, supportive in the relationship with other people. He respects the others, invests them with his trust, he is adaptable to all the people and situations he encounters, patient, with initiative and a pro-active attitude. He is an accomplished professional, any project he manages has excellent results and I recommend him with all my heart and confidence.

Few people have to opportunity to collaborate with e person like Rumen, who can be a friend, a collogue, a coach and a mentor. I had the pleasure to work with Rumen for more than 7 years, collaborating in different situations. He was the person I turned to for advice in most critical situations. I was impressed by his ability to handle the toughest situations. That skill takes to time to develop in service provider professionals, and, somehow this came perfectly naturally to him.
