"PLATEXvsVirus Emergency Team" was formed by Platex best people and attracting new specialists and partners in the fields of Textiles, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Biology, Virology, Marketing and Business Growth. With the hard work of the team and help from Bulgarian Academy of Sciences we developed and produced the innovative, eco-friendly and most important - highly effective against the spread of COVID-19 - Platex Reusable Face Mask.Platex Reusable Face Masks are recognized by European Commission as part of "117 solutions to support European and global recovery from the coronavirus outbreak" The project was Awarded with 2nd place in Pan-European Hackathon: EUvsVirus. Challenge combining 2000+ projects from more than 140 countries.
