  1. Responsible for lab dip development, Approval , Shade check and Physical Testing of Fabric. 2. Assure and control sample and Bulk production as per customer requirement style, quality standards and co- ordination with Dyeing floor. 3. To ensure all Testing ( Color Fastness to Wash, Water, Rubbing, Perspiration, Light, Saliva, Pilling, pH, Bursting Strength, Shrinkage, Spirality) are carried out as per buyer quality manual. 4. Report generation and delivered to concern department through mail and give technical support to any problem. 5. To handle claim, Analysis the root cause and take corrective action based on performance standard and customer opinion. 6. Ensure the updated SOP, Standards and buyer manuals are following. 7. Have detail knowledge using Data color ( Spectra flash 600X and 650X) to develop new colours from swatch or Wycombe files and using color Tools. 8. New process development. 9 Accredited for self approval of color for Buyer Gymboree. 9. Co-ordinate with Buyers as well as Merchandisers. Show less
