  Worked as Senior Research Fellow at TIFAC, Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council, an autonomous organization under the Department of Science and Technology(DST), a think tank within Government setup which looks up to technologies on the horizon, assesses the technology trajectories and supports technology innovation in select areas of national importance. Also worked under Dr. Gautam Goswami, Scientist F, Head Technology Vision 2035 Programme, TIFAC and Ms. Swati Sharma, Scientist B. TIFAC is working towards Technology Vision 2035 that aims to ensure affordable and accessible health care to every Indian through prophylactic, promotive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of technologies. Global Technology Watch Group and Technology Needs Assessment are the two of the current projects being worked upon with the aim to suggest technologies to mitigate the climate change. GTWG project embodies the technologies needed to mitigate climatechange at International level as India serves as a party to the International Conference in Paris agreement, to suggest technologies to mitigate climate change and reduce green house emissions. TNA suggests the technologies that could be adopted at national level to combat climate change. I worked under the recently added health sector in National Mission Programme. Show less
