  Rukia Adam is currently the Acting Corporation Secretary/Head of Legal at the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA). The UIA is a statutory agency mandated to initiate and support measures that enhance investment in Uganda and advise Government on appropriate policies conducive for investment promotion and growth. She is an enrolled Advocate in Uganda, a member of the Institute of Chartered Governance and Administrators (UK), Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.She holds an MBA from The Eastern and Management Institute (ESAMI).She has experience in both private and the public (government) sectors.
