I was able to detect and prevent employees and management’s frauds and irregularities within the first week of resumption there by increased the profitability of the company from 67% to 82%. Provided exceptional support to managers and co-workers which increased overall efficiency by 40%. Trained 5 newly hired staff members. Attained the title of the best staff in 2013 following the dismissal of a fraudulent supervisor. I introduced the use of bin cards and records files to store department and kitchen department respectively to keep adequate and proper records of goods sent and received across the company. I assisted in preparing the financial statements of the company. Due to my efficiency and effectiveness, I was asked to act as internal auditor in the company’s two other branches in Lagos State other than the head office where I was originally employed. I also reduced the employees’ habitual lateness and indiscipline by introducing fines and penalties on lateness and indiscipline acts. I also meet deadlines on reports consistently.
