  As an international postdoc fellow, which is supported by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet), I am working at the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, in UW-Madison. I am working with a project on cerebral blood flow and cognitive aging and trying to answer the question of whether physical activity could mitigate the harmful effect of brain pathologies on cognitive decline. Using specific neuroimaging techniques (e.g., PCVIPR and pcASL), I attempt to verify the role of brain vascular bed in the aging process.
