Since 2018 being employed by herself in as a care assistant/ support worker where she co directed a company to be taken on as a part time administrator and have then had the further opportunity to develop my way up to compliance manager all whilst working under Roo. She gave me the confidence, structure and work ethic push to do this. Which did amazing for my confidence working within the healthcare sector although I had a lot of years working in healthcare she supported me throughout and pushed me as a person to be what I could be, for that I am very grateful.
