Grazie Ruggero.

Ruggero and me were colleagues at Vestas. For 2 years we had a close collaboration as we were part of the Global Category Management Team for Installation. During that period, the team managed to create and deploy a successful medium-long term strategy improving Quality delivery, HSE indicators and decreasing costs of Vestas’ Installation subcontractors. Ruggero was a key player in this project thanks to his deep knowledge on the wind industry, his out of the box thinking and his empathic approach to problems.

Over many years I had the privilege of working with Ruggero through our Global Construction Team at Vestas. He is a true leader and professional in our industry, his knowledge and his insight were always valued in our group, I learned a great deal from him. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate and continue working with him in the future.
