The groups' subsidiaries operate in Retail & Distribution of Sporting goods ( SUN AND SAND SPORTS & NIKE,ADIDAS, UNDER ARMOUR ) and lifestyle brands (Timberland, Vans, The North Face, Colombia), Health & Fitness etc. My main duties include: Answering customers’ question about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Collaborating with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information that drives the overall KPIs. Hourly tracking and calculation of Transaction KPIs. Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Ensuring Strict Adherence to all SOPs. Stock control/Monitoring the entire value chain. Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. Count money in drawers to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners. Completing expenses reports, sales reports, and other paper works. Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Pre-retailing, Stockings, Replenishment, Merchandising. Security Alarm, Tagging and Loss Prevention check. Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Ensuring timely delivery of tested, safe quality product. Verifying that materials lists are accurate and that delivery schedule meets deadliness.
