Rudy is a dedicated worker and is always one of the first people to answer any question that is being asked. I have only known him for a couple of months now but from what I have seen in those short two months is a lot. He always steps up to the plate when it is needed of him and proudly took on class representative for our section as well. He is on a good path to becoming one of the most influential people.

Clear communication skills to provide the customer with assistance in a quick and professional manner to meet their needs and improve the customer's experience here. Time management skills to compromise as a team and integrate a system to load product onto shelves to provide customers with the exact products they are looking for and working the lot for carts efficiently to ensure all customers have access to a cart and completing these tasks in a given time period. Problem solving skills to help me solve any customer issues to have them leaving satisfied by honoring agreements or offering exchanges of goods for customers and even helping customers with their groceries if they need assistance to make the customer feel appreciated.

Through working drive-thru or storefront operations, I would improve my organizational skills by implementing a system to ensure we can meet the customer's expectations as unlike in normal stores, this store was a gas station that would have 2-3 people working at all times. Through stationing areas in advance and positioning people for tasks based on the demand of customers, I was able to improve my creative problem solving skills to ensure people are satisfied in a timely manner as it is important to be quick. This would help us meet the customer's expectations to provide a excellent customer experience and have them satisfied anytime they visit us. Communication skills improved when working drive-thru or storefront. As you would need to communicate directly with the customer to understand their order and to serve them effectively. Great communication is keen since people don't want to go back and forth over an order to meet the customer's requests in a professional and timely manner as well as even forming very strong customer loyalty towards the store as people could see we were more of a community location.
