CBE and our client CSIRO have given us an opportunity to present a project to better CSIRO's impact areas. I, as a team leader, choose to impact their medical cannabis facilities. The project targeted biomedicine and manufacturing 2 main priorities of the nation after the pandemic. We have presented our report to CSIRO and the recommendations will not only increase their revenue from cannabis but also increase Australian manufacturing in the long run. My international marketing course was based on an international business planning competition. As a team leader, I choose a very complex company, Steady Freddy. We recommended Steady Freddy's various market penetration, communication, pricing, and positioning strategies as well as future viability, to enter New York. This suggestion was based on financial analysis, screening, and valuation. The selection of these markets was based on a market analysis that involved 4 other countries. We successfully reached the finals.

I learned how to work under pressure and reach my daily and weekly goals. Becoming a door knocker was one of the most challenging situations I have been put in, taught me how to manage time along with my daily interactions. 60+ interactions in a day made me understand people and their subconscious responses to my pitch. I managed to at least get one sale a day to reach my KPI of 3-5 each week. I learned how to work under pressure and reach my daily and weekly goals.
