  SSPL is one of the leading steel plant comprising Pellet Plant, Producer Gas Plant, Sponge Iron Plant, Induction Furnace, Structural Mill, Rolling Mill, Ferro Alloy Plant and Captive Power Plant at Village: Dasna, P.S: Jamuria, P.O: Bahadurpur, District: Asansol in the state of West Bengal.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for operation of Pettet & PGP plant.  Handle all modification& procurement specification related to pelletization plant especially Balling disc, Travelling Grates,HR Fan , ID Fan, Kiln & Annular Cooler,  Develop,govern and provide technical direction to operation team.  Monitor and ensure performance, productivity and utilization.  Any breakdown maintenance in shifts attending/manpower allotment.  Responsible for Operation of Nitrogen Plant , Compressor and ETP.  Job assignment to Workmen as per the priority of Process, skills and Time required.  Responsible for spares management for Pellet & PGP.  To make sure the work quality and safety during periodical maintenance.  Ensure to achieve the target of KPA/KRI.  Pro actively identifying issue related to process and resolution of constraint  Routine Maintenance and Process desired Modification job i.e. especially for Quality Change.
