I have worked with Bjorn both reporting to him and as a colleague therefore I know he is a great leader and manager as well a fantastic fully skilled engineer. He has great domain knowledge and is a natural problem solver. I don't remember him ever worrying about any problems faced developing a software architecture, embedded systems, algorithms or debugging an assembly code. He is a rare mixture of a developer that understands system architecture at hardware level as well can write fully compliant object oriented software. He is strongly recommended.
