Rudolf and I worked together for around 3 years and his contribution has been invaluable to our teams. He was the one who established scrum processes in the early days of Azena. His facilitation skills have helped to keep the teams focused and on track, and he has ensured that we were able to make rapid progress on the product. He is fun, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. Therefore it was natural for him to build strong relationships with our colleagues and team members and made working at Azena fun. I really enjoyed working with him and every team can be glad to have him.

Rudolf was the heart and soul of the engineering teams. His sense of togetherness and people management was second to none, as he was able to speak to everyone at their level, making people feel part of the team and essential. He has a lot of knowledge and experience in his field, as I have not heard one bad thing about Rudolf's methodologies since working with him these past three years. Rudolf is very open-minded and friendly. He is good at organizing people and allowing people to speak out, and hopefully, one day, we will work with each other again.
