We have had an occasion to work together in PPG in Cieszyn. We both have taken part in an international project of transferring products from Netherland to Poland, where Rudolf was responsible for pilot production process in our department. He was also responsible for the introduction of products and their technology to our Polish team. Rudolf is a very professional person. He was always well-prepared, eager to help us and answer our questions. He also had a fantastic contact with the team. He is a good motivator and he knows how to create a good atmosphere at work.
