I had introduced a system of ticketing in HCL which is “Dual Vendor Policy” & till date HCL is working successfully on this policy. All the tickets are purchased after the price comparison between the Local Vendor of that particular Country & a Vendor in India. With this Policy we are able to accumulate an average monthly saving of 50 Lacs for HCL. I am also taking care of all the invoicing for all Vendors and coordinate between the Accounts Department & Vendors for timely payments. I am heading a team of 8 persons who work 24X7 in shifts to facilitate HCL Employees across globe round the clock.
