Travelled to France to repatriate a web-based project to Noida centre. Built the team, trained them, prepared the development environment (IIS server, VC++, etc), documented the learnings, migrated the project from distributed MS-Access databases to centralized Oracle, built in new features, tested, deployed, and supported the live environment. Well-versed with Project Management practices having hands-on experience on CMM-5 processes and tools like VSS, Clearcase, MSP, MSPC and other MS tools.
