Here, I would be assigned a specific spot on tray-line and must make sure the patient has everything they had ordered on the tray. Once this task was completed, another position, I did was take the completed trays to the patients. When all these tasks were complete, I either worked in the dish room and cleaned the patients' trays or I worked to clean all the pots used that day. Every position also had to stock as needed.
