Tracking Walk ins & Analysis: · Marketing campaign and dept KRA is to get walkins in store · Ensure we capture each one with accuracy. · Identify the source of walkin (E.g., Press Ad, Hoarding, Social media, Google & Website) · Classify walkins: Scheme, Prospects, Repeat customers, Scheme redemption, Instore event, Others (Couriers, Cleaners etc.) 2. Identify and understanding the right catchments as per our target audience (within 5-20 kms) to know where customers are coming from, from where we need to attract more walkins, and to ensure that our branding is at the right locations. 3. Find the best outdoor branding option for your respective store. Also keep a track on the outdoor sites take by the competitors. 4. Coordinate with the mall Marketing team for in mall branding options & feature 5. Finding and exploring opportunities for possible cross-brand promotions/tie-ups. 6. Ensuring that the store’s marketing collateral, VM, CRM requirements for exhibition/mini exhibition/instore events etc., are fulfilled well in time; Sharing the store requirement in a duly & correctly filled SOP sheet at least 7 working days prior to the event; And checking Basic Hygiene (Date, time, address and contact info, spelling, etc.) on all the creatives before sharing ahead with the store team. 7. All the SOPs (VM, BTL, Digital, CRM, Exhibition, Pinterest) are strictly followed specifically ensure that we adhere to the timelines shared by the HO team. 8. Continuous tracking and sourcing information on competition (BTL activities, VM, Digital Outdoor, In Mall branding, Print Ads, Instore décor, Instore events) 9. Thorough understanding of profile of the walk-ins that we receive every day. Factors to consider – Age, community, insights from observation. 10. Create and maintain a regional marketing calendar mapping the national & regional festivals and special days. 12. To make sure that Tele calling is done at store end on timely manner.
