  In my current role, I am leading the transactions team which includes junior and senior researchers. The core responsibility of the transactions team is to track all the fund raising transactions relating to both equity and debt via secondary and primary research. Also tracking startup ecosystem and their innovations. Other responsibilities include training and guiding team members on the datasets and keeping regular checks on their productivity and quality. Also, identifying and taking up the project, allocating resources, setting deadlines and adhering to it.Beyond this, I am part of mid-level management team which is involved in developing and formulating and implementing the strategies for the division in co-ordination with the senior management.
