I have worked with Ruby in many capacities; first as the corporate donor to her Kansas City Junior Achievement program, second as a strong reference for her current position as executive director at the Women's Foundation for a Greater Memphis and third as an occassional freelancer helping where needed. Her eye is always on the prize! She solicits assets with the passion of one who were personally related to every grantee. Ruby watches her balance sheet like a hawk and restrategizes her fund raising approaches rapidly gaining the very best result. In the 8 or 9 years that she's lead the Foundation, it has seen significant growth in gifts, grants, national recognition/funding, and joined the ranks of one of the top 5 women's foundations in the US on which to keep your eye. Ruby's worldwide leadership as chair of the Women's Funding Network is only the beginning of her dream to skyrocket women's fund raising, support and grantmaking to the highest levels of social priority.
