Ruby started as a Junior Sales Exec with me only a few months ago, and has quickly become one of the best Account Managers and fastest learners we have had within the company. She consistently over achieve's on all targets, and is becoming an all round professional in business. From a client perspective, she goes over and beyond for all- with an 'only the best will do', attentive and professional attitude.

Whilst working for John Lewis, I was trained in several different departments. I began working on the shop floor, maintaining stock and assisting with customer queries. I then moved to the check outs and customer service desk, having much more interaction with the shoppers and priding myself on a high level of customer service. My final position at John Lewis was as a home delivery driver. A very different role. I was required to plan routes, delivery in full and on time, build and maintain report with clients and ensure that an all round service was provided. Good time keeping, strong customer service and motivation were crucial within this role.
