I had the honor of Being Lauren Rubio's Supervisor for a couple of years, and I can share my opinion the these subjects. see below; Lauren's *Strengths: She was able to learn and perfect her role as our Applications Lab Coordinator. She always achieved her goals and exceeded the requirements in a timing manner. *Skills: She was always creating new ways of handling tasks and coming up with new ideas to make her job more efficient (Work smarter not harder). *Abilities: She had the ability to make our customers feel comfortable and made sure the assigned Engineers had everything they needed for their customer's visits. She was always one step ahead for the lab projects and kept up with the labs inventory (Tools, accessories etc.). *Work ethics: She always had a positive attitude and was able to make all of the personnel feel that they can count on her for all their needs. She was a team player and always came in on time and worked over if needed. She never complained when given extra work or anything outside her normal scope of work. I can go on and on about having her as co-worker, I'm truly grateful to have had the opportunity to have work with her and watched grow in our company.
