As a designer, it's always great to work with engineers that are interested in creative solutions, and not just functional ones. Ruben was capable in this regard because of his genuine passion for video games. Furthermore, Ruben is the kind of engineer that doesn't only see his game "in code." He'd often play the game to test his work rather than solely rely on QA for feedback. It must also be mentioned that Ruben has a great attitude, making it easier to collaborate and implement features.

Ruben and I worked together on NBA Live for about 2 years. In all my dealings with him, Ruben proved himself to be smart, hardworking and able to take direction well. He was also well-liked and easy to get along with. He showed a lot of passion and dedication for the product we worked on.

http://www.netaspects.com/ Worked for a programming company called Toro Software that was outsourced by a company called NetAspects which resides in California. In it, my obligations where: - Communicate via web (chat, email and video chat) with my supervisors in NetAspects to get my assignments and feedback from my work. - Design, implement, maintain, and expand several web applications that managed hundreds of properties listings, sales agents and clients via web using C#/ASP.NET. This gave me many experiences debugging and understanding not only my code, but code from multiple programmers, as well as the experience of working with code that connected the server side of the application to the online side. - Assign, supervise and revise the work of multiple teammates.
