Ruaridhs contribution as the manager of the Sphere Gallery London was exemplary: - From the start up of the gallery, the choosing, contracting and subsequent management of 45 independent artists - The daily management of the gallery - Recruitment and coaching and managment of gallery staff - He achieved a personal sales achievement higher than target, particularly on the higher level pieces in the gllery - Marketing and promotional activities

I worked for Ruaridh during my time at Aurum, as a sales assistant. He had created a cutting edge, highly successful jewellery store which was a pleasure to work in. He was an extraordinary boss who combined professionalism with warmth. He is an extremely creative individual, with an eye for detail, who makes everybody, who enters his orbit, feel special and welcome. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would not hesitate to work for him again.
