Perform several roles as a part-time member of staff:-Manage bookings for the indoor centre, ensuring both the online and paper systems are up to date and correct-Regularly update the website and ensure it is well presented-Supervise the indoor centre while it is in use, and manage a team of supervisors to provide a 365 day service

Responsible for leading the club’s junior section, comprising of 300 junior members and 9 junior sides, through the COVID summer of 2020:-Lead a team of coaches and team managers to maximise participation for members-Organise and lead weekly training sessions for each age group from U7 to U19-Organise and lead weekly fixtures for the club’s junior teams-Oversee the development of the club’s most promising junior players into both senior cricket and county age group pathways-Lead 1:1 sessions for players across all age groups, genders and ability levels

Performing a variety of coaching roles at the North East Cricket Academy and within South Northumberland Cricket Club:-Assistant coach on elite level group programmes-Lead coach for several junior programmes-Deliver 1:1 coaching for several Northumberland/Durham age group players-Deliver 1:1 coaching for players of all ages, genders and abilities, from 8 year old beginners to 40 year olds returning to the game-Manage various South Northumberland CC junior teams throughout the summer, from U11-U19-2nd XI captain at South Northumberland CC with the aim of developing the most promising young players into the 1st XI
