I was afraid to pick up the telephone to call prospects. When I did call them, I couldn't speak intelligently because of my fear of the phone. I was fortunate enough to go through one of Bob's Telemarketing classes through the company that I was working for. The training and information was inspiring, and once "I Got It" I began making better calls and I lost my fear of cold calling. Bob has a way of keeping the class light and presents the material with a lot of humor and insight. My sales are up and I've been asked by my Managers to help teach the newer Sales Reps. how to make appointments. Thanks for the Skills Bob!
