Rajesh was a tremendous help to my team at TribalDDB. His work was thorough and his work ethic was exemplary. Rajesh proactively went after the vendor of the API we were working with, to get them to fill in the considerable gaps in their API documentation. (Rajesh works smarter, and does not try to re-invent the wheel -- a trait that is very rare among developers.) Where the vendor's API architecture proved insufficient of our functional or QA requirements, Rajesh wrote good, solid supplementary code and documented it thoroughly. Rajesh also quickly adapted to my requirement for the use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) as the core of our project architecture. His assemblies were written to integrate well with the SSIS framework and, whenever I needed more flexibility from a given assembly for the requirements of the package, Rajesh quickly grasped the objective and implemented the modifications that were needed. He is fast! I seldom find developers whom I feel I can truly depend on for more than mere execution. Rajesh is one of the few who contributes significantly in vision and planning as well. I highly recommend working with him.

Raj is an excellent consultant and software developer. While at Information Resources, Inc., I hired Raj as a software engineer to help develop a commercial marketing mix forecasting application. It didn’t take long to realize that Raj was no heads-down coder. Given the breadth and depth of his technical expertise and business knowledge, his role became more of a consultant than a developer, where he made key architectural and product development decisions. Raj’s knowledge and experience with rapid application development, database design, and third-party components were instrumental to the success of this project. Raj was a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely hire him again.
