I worked closely with Ross for twelve years, and with enough time, someone becomes more than a colleague... They become a friend. Some become a mentor. That's who Ross is to me. During our time at Boris FX and Imagineer Systems, he was supportive and he deserves recognition for making a space where I felt safe to collaborate, disagree, and push myself. I feel very strongly that Ross was my advocate. Ross was always making sure I was supported and often checked in to see where we could improve. In fact, Ross is defined by improvement. Once a goal is reached, the achievement is recognized, and the next goal is sighted and focused upon. Ross is reliable and has a strong moral compass. A classic punk-rock iconoclast, Ross always looks for ways to shake up the status quo. He is always looking forward, never backward. I can't recommend Ross enough, he is striving toward a better future.
