      Worked in the project for 8 to 10 digits migration for the operators TELCEL(TDMA, GSM) and PEGASO (CDMA), the project was to increase the amount of digits for the national numeration from 8 to 10 digits, the entire process was divided in two parts, one was for the standardization of B-Number analysis for all the network and the second one was for the migration from 8 to 10 digits, the requirements were to let the user dial 7, 8 and 10 digits within the cellular network, taken care of billing records and related equipment in the network HLR, VLR, STP, Prepaid System, etc. The main activities realized were to design, evaluate and execute the tools required for migration, the tools developed were one for B number standardization and other for the migration from 8 to 10 digits.
