Program director over a team of 12 with licensed mental health clinicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners. The program size is 100 clients with approximately 1000 contacts per month between all staff members. Contacts include, but are not limited to case management, counseling, group therapy, collatoral contacts for support, insurance contacts, and hospital collaboration. The program's goal is to provide and maintain mental health support, medication management, and case management support to clients who are experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses in the community.Key performance indicators are assuring clients are seen in the community on average of three times per week, recovery goals every 3 months, and annual psychosocial evaluations. Duties include staff supervision, budgeting, EHR development, role development, billing, coding, client recruitment, staff recruitment, CARF and AHCA audits, and clinician productivity reports.From the time I have started productivity among staff has increased by 25% meeting our goals of 60% client time per staff member, and reduction of hospitalizatio and incarceration by8%.
